My training journey hasn't been limited to one discipline.
I've explored strength. Power. Movement. Endurance. Skill. And resilience.
Powerlifting
Powerlifting taught me progressive overload, technique and raw strength.
It taught me patience. You don't become strong overnight — strength is built rep by rep, session by session, year by year.
Climbing
Climbing introduced a completely different challenge. Strength alone isn't enough.
Grip strength, body control, coordination, mobility, strength relative to bodyweight, problem-solving.
Climbing taught me how to control strength rather than simply produce it.
Martial arts
Martial arts taught me discipline, consistency, movement, timing and conditioning.
And respect for continuous improvement. It reinforced one lesson above all: technique matters.
Obstacle racing
Obstacle racing tests the whole athlete. Strength, endurance, grip, mobility, mental resilience.
And the ability to keep going when fatigue sets in. This is where fitness becomes practical.
11+ years of lifting
Over more than a decade of lifting I have seen the reality of long-term training.
The progress. The plateaus. The mistakes. The injuries and setbacks. The experimentation. The lessons.
That experience is what shapes my coaching.

My coaching belief
I don't believe in temporary transformations.
My goal isn't to make you look incredible for one week. It is to help you build habits that improve your life.
